Upon placing an order, we may call you to confirm your order in certain cases. If the address and contact information you have provided in your order seems accurate then we may not call.

Be sure that once your order will be confirmed then it will be sent to our warehouse for shipment towards you. If the item(s) is out of stock in our warehouse, then we will take your advice for the replacement product (s). You will be informed via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason. Your order should be delivered within 3 – 5 business days via Leopards Courier Service.
